For any maintenance work done we request C.O.D.

Rennovation

For plumbing renovation the client must request a quote. We will come out at a convenient time and supply a written quote to the client.
On acceptance of the written quote we request 50% down payment with the balance settled on completion.
Should the job be of a larger scale we are always available to discuss payment terms.

For houses and Factories we will supply a written quote as per our list of rates.

Construction and Civils

For construction/civils we do tenders to a bill of quantities supplied by the client.
